Who we are

True Love Nite Market (“we”, “us”) organizes community night market events in Southern California. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to truelovenitemarket.com only.

Information you give us

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

  • Vendor inquiry form: business name, contact name, email, phone (optional), vendor category, a description of your business, social/website link (optional), city (optional), event and booth preferences, and space or electricity needs.
  • Contact form: your name, email, the reason for contacting us and your message.

Each form also includes a basic anti-spam check. Submissions include the time they were sent and the page they came from.

How we use it

  • To review vendor inquiries and respond with next steps. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a booth.
  • To answer questions and messages sent through the contact form.
  • To keep a record of inquiries so we can follow up about future events you expressed interest in.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through a third-party email delivery service, and this website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver and host the site. We may also share information when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-focused, cookieless service and update this policy.

Our anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled) may set a functional cookie strictly to verify that you are not a bot. Embedded third-party forms or social content, where used, are governed by those providers’ policies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and messages for as long as needed to respond and to plan upcoming events, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

Children

Our events are family-friendly, but this website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Event photos

Photos shown on this site are either illustrative placeholders or event photography published with permission. If you appear in a photo on this site and would like it removed, let us know and we will take it down.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time. California residents may also have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we honor those requests to the extent they apply.
